10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation request will be effective from the end of the current billing period
  • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period

10.2 Refund Eligibility

  • One-time setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable
  • Pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused service period in case of service termination by us
  • No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods

10.3 Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Any applicable taxes and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

10.4 Exceptions

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
